Solarmarketers.com thanks you for your business and wish to be as clear as possible regarding our business ethics. Whenever possible we will assist our customers as much as possible in order to secure our most professional level of good customer service.
Product Warranties: Solar Marketers does not manufacture the products represented on our website. All products are subject to the manufacturer’s terms, conditions, and warranty policies. Solar Marketers will make every attempt to resolve warranty issues between our customers and the manufacturer. However the final resolution is between the customer (purchaser of the product) and the actual manufacturer
Cancellations: Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Depending on how far along the order is in processing is what determines the application of the cancellation fee. If the order has not yet shipped we offer leniency regarding this policy. However, if the order has already shipped it will be necessary to recoup shipping costs and employee processing time losses. We believe this is an industry standard and is fair practice.
Returns: Products may be returned with the consent of the manufacturer. All returns must be in new condition. They must have all original paperwork and packaging and be in resalable condition. Default on any one of these conditions will void the refund of costs to the customer. The manufacturer reserves the right to accept or deny any return. Some products are not returnable. Please see relevant notes on individual product pages for specific information.
Exchanges: If our customers wish to return one item and then purchase another item of approximate equal value then the 20% restocking fee will not apply. The value ration is under the full discretion of Solar Marketers. We mostly wish to create positive customer relations.
Special Orders: Special order products are not returnable and are not subject to a refund. These orders require payment in full in advance. All non-returnable items are labeled as such on the web page containing them. There is no small, fine print involved. We make it clear which products have this designation.
Shipping: Solar Marketers is not liable for delays caused by transportation companies or other events beyond our control including backordered/damaged/lost parts. Receiving product sold by Solar Marketers is the sole responsibility of the purchasing customer. That being said we offer a very effective guideline that our customers should follow in order to ensure that liability for damaged product does not make your experience a bad one. First, always open and inspect any item BEFORE SIGNING FOR IT. If there are parts missing or the item is damaged REFUSE TO SIGN FOR IT. This sends the product back to the manufacturer and lays the responsibility of filing a damage claim directly on the manufacturer. This is the best thing you can do as it opens the door to immediately have another replacement product shipped to you. If you sign for a product and open it at a later date then you are solely responsible for filing the damage claim with the shipping company (UPS, FED EX, DHL, etc.). This process can take weeks or months to resolve. If you did not note “POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE” or “OBVIOUS DAMAGE” on the bill of lading, you will not be reimbursed by the shipping company. MAKE THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAIT while you carefully inspect what they deliver to you. Remember; you are always in control, not the person making the delivery. Any missing parts must be reported to Solar Marketers within 72 hours of receiving your order via email at

Our products ship using a variety of different carriers. Generally we ship via Fed Ex, UPS, USPS or freight truck. Tracking information will be provided to you when it becomes available along with the website address of the carrier. This will allow you to view the progress of your order after it has shipped.
Orders outside of the contiguous United States: Any items shipping outside the 48 contiguous United States require a shipping quote that must be approved by our shipping department at Solar Marketers. Please email us to

Conditions of use: Solar Marketers does not manufacture the products carried on this website. All warranties must be addressed to the manufacturer of the product. Third party rebates are not guaranteed by Solar Marketers. We assume no liability for reimbursement of rebates. It is the customer’s responsibility to apply for all rebates with the manufacturer of the product.
Privacy Policy: We do not sell, rent, or in any way share your personal information to others. We only use this information for the purpose of processing orders, contacting our customers to inform them of the status of the order, and for internal analysis.
